Get rains performing Yagas - Bhagavad Gita

More than 25% of the country is suffering for lack of water and I wonder which spiritual guru is willing to mention on the verses of Chapter 3, verse 14 as its below...

We are not ready to sacrifice to please Devas, who will give us rain...but perhaps willing to sacrifice HUMANS instead? A terrible situation is unfolding in the country and NONE from spiritual organization want to take these words to perform Yagas. To that extent the spiritual organizations lack the wisdom or are greedy that devotees offering if given to Devas will not fill their coffers am not sure...but whatever it looks like more the silence of not performing these Yagas, more of Human sacrifice is to happen, either in FLOODS or IN DROUGHTS....

மழை பெய்ய வேண்டுமானால், நாம் சில ஸாமான்களைத் தேவலோகத்திற்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இந்த பரஸ்பர பரிவர்த்தனையே கீதையில் சொல்லியிருக்கிறது.

கோவிலுக்கு கோ தானம் செய்யலாமே!!! தெய்வத்தமிழ்நாடு என்றும் வேதம் நிறைந்த தமிழ் நாடு என்றும் அழைக்கப்படும் நம் நாட்டிலே கோவில்கள் பல இருக்கின்றன. ஆலயம் தொழுவது சாலவும் நன்று என்று தமிழ் பாட்டி ஔவையார் கூறி உள்ளார்.கோவில் இல்லா ஊரில் குடி இருக்க வேண்டாம் என்கிறது தமிழ் பழமொழி. இவ்வாறு கோவில் வழி பாட்டுக்கு முக்கியம் கொடுத்த தமிழ் மக்கள் இன்று கோவில்களை எவ்வாறு வைத்திருக்கிறோம் என்று பார்க்க வேண்டும். சில நகர்புற கோவில்களில் பசுக்கள் பராமரிப்பு மிக சிறப்பாக நடை பெற்று வருகிறதாகவும்...வேறு சில ஊர்க் கோவில்களில் அர்ச்சகர் தீபம் ஏற்றுவதற்கே சிரமப் படுவதுமாக இருக்கிறது. இந்த நிலையை மாற்ற கோவில்களுக்கு தனியாகவோ பலர் கூடியோ கோ தானம் செய்யலாமே!!! இக்கைங்கர்யத்தில் நிறுவனங்களும் சேர்ந்து கோவில்களுக்கு கோ தானம் செய்வதன் முலம், கோவில்களுக்கு பால், தயிர், நெய் மற்றும் சாணம் உரமாக கோவில் தோட்டத்தில் உள்ள மரங்களுக்கு உபயோகிக்கலாம். இதனால் சிலபேருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பையும் அளிக்க முடியும். இந்த சிந்தனையை ஆன்மிக ஊடகங்கள் இறை சிந்தை உள்ள அடியார்களுக்கு எடுத்து சொல்ல மீண்டும் மீண்டும் முன்வர வேண்டும்.அன்பர்கள் அடியார்கள் இதை செய்ய இறைவன் அருள வேண்டும்.

63 நாயன்மார்கள் வாழ்ந்த தெய்வத் தமிழ் நாட்டிலே இன்று கோவில்களை எவ்வாறு பராமரிக்கிறோம் என்று பார்த்தால் சில கோவில்களில் சிறப்பான வழிபாடுகளும் வேறு சில கோவில்களில் தீபம் கூட எரியாமல் இருக்கும் நிலையை பார்க்க முடிகிறது. மன்னர் ஆட்சி காலத்தில் கட்டிய மாடக்கொவில்கள் இன்று மக்களாட்சி என்று சொல்லப்படும் காலத்தில் பாடல் பெற்ற கொவில்களிலாவது தீபம் ஏற்றுவது என்று நாம் அனைவரும் முயற்சிக்க வேண்டும். ஆன்மிக அன்பர்கள் மற்றும் ஆன்மிக ஊடகங்கள் இவற்றை முன்நிறுத்தி செயல்பட உறுதி எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஸ்ரீ ராமகிருஷ்ண விஜயம்,சக்தி விகடன்,குமுதம் பக்தி, ஆலய தரிசனம், கலைமகள்,அமுதசுரபி மற்றும் பல இதழ்கள் இந்த திட்டத்தை ஆன்மிக அன்பர்களுக்கு எடுத்து சொல்லி செயல் பட ஒரு டிரஸ்ட் உருவாக்கிக் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். கோவில்களைப் பற்றி எழுதி பக்தி பெருக்குவது ஓன்று, அக்கோவில்களில் தீபம் ஏற்ற வழி செய்வது அடுத்த படி.நாம் இப்போது ஒரு டிரஸ்ட் ஆரம்பித்து ஒவ்வொரு பாடல் பெற்ற கோவில்களிலும் தொடர்ந்து தீபம் எரிய ஏற்பாடு செய்யலாமே!!!இறைவனே அதற்கு அருள வேண்டும்!!!

If spirituality is happiness and joy within, why all the extravaganza costing in crores when millions are without proper food/shelter and clothes? One wonders if these so called Gurus are suffering from Depression and followers are following the same depression. Because is it not clear in first line,'effective remedy for depression'? The Mega events of this nature whoever organizes should be called "Art of INDULGING" for when people in the country in millions lack food and education...they preach or should it be called indulging in so called spirituality? or Blind leading the blind?

தனிஒரு மனிதனுக்கு உணவில்லையெனில் ஜகத்தினை அழித்திடுவோம் என்றார் மகாகவி பாரதியார்.Today millions lack food/shelter/clothes yet the so called spiritual guru is deaf or blind to these millions, is not clear to me, When talking on Mother Teresa canceling her Nobel Prize Dinner to save money for poor, these so called spiritual gurus and the followers wonder what they call living?...perhaps art of living to be deaf and blind to the cries of the needy and poor. Such mega art of indulgences are also from the holy land which produced Swami Vivekananda and Mahakavi Bharathiyar...

Anyone wants to question these INDULGENCES? Any sensible journalists or writers out there to feel the pain of the millions of beggars looking for food/clothes/roof to sleep?

Our character has disappeared. Our English education has destroyed everything and left nothing in its place.. Our children have lost their politeness. To talk nicely is degrading. To be reverential to one’s elders is degrading. Irreverence has been the sign of liberty.If I ever get money in my possession, I shall first spend that in the service of man. Man is first to be saved, he must be given food, education and spirituality. Open your eyes and see what a piteous cry for food is rising in the land of Bharata, proverbial for its wealth. Will your education fulfil this want? Never.

Well someone in journalism, think its from Indiatoday? has got something to call it as, Art of Killing? Even if they focus on ecosystem, it could also mean millions poor human right?

Thirupachur or திருப்பாசூர் near Thiruvallur

Since visiting Thiruvalangadu, been thinking of visiting Thirupachur temple. And happy it happened few days back.Its a paadal petra sthalam and wish again people or institutions come together to make sure it looks cleaner.

There were lot of inscriptions on the walls of the temple.இவற்றில் என்ன கூறியிருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது யாருக்குத் தெரியும்? இவற்றைப் பற்றி ஒவ்வொரு செய்தி ஊடகங்கள் மக்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்க முயற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும்.மன்னர்கள் கட்டிய கோவிலை இன்று மக்களாட்சியில் இந்த நிலையில் பார்க்க வேதனையாக உள்ளது.தமிழ் மொழி பேசும் மக்கள் என்று சொல்லவதில் என்ன தான் பெருமை இருக்கிறது? இதோ மகாகவி பாரதியாரின் கோவில்களை ஏன் சுத்தமாகப் பராமரிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற வரிகள்.

தமிழ் ஊடகங்கள் மொழி ஆர்வம் கலை ஆர்வம் பக்தி கொண்டவர்கள் மக்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வார்களா?மக்களாட்சியில் மன்னர்கள் கட்டிய கோவில்களைப் போல் கட்ட முடியாவிட்டாலும் பராமரித்து எதிர் காலத்து சந்ததிக்கு காத்துக் கொடுக்க வேண்டாமா?

இக்கோவில்களை பராமரிக்க பலருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் பெருகும். இதனை முக்கியம் கொடுத்து செயல்படுத்த இறைவன் நமக்கு அருள் புரிய வேண்டும்.

Acharapakkam or அச்சரப்பாக்கம்

த்ரிபுராஸுரர்களை நோக்கி ஈச்வரனின் ரதம் போய்க்கொண்டிருக்கும் வழியில் அதன் அச்சு முறிந்து போகும்படியாகப் பிள்ளையார் பண்ணிவிட்டார். ரதம் நின்றுபோய்விட்டது. உடனே ஈச்வரனுக்குப் புரிந்துவிட்டது. 'ரொம்பவும் பெரியவனாகையால் நமக்குச் சட்டம் இல்லை என்று இருப்பது தப்பு. ரொம்பப் பெரியவனாயிருப்பதாலேயே நாம் தான் லோகத்துக்கெல்லாம் உதாரணமாக நடந்து காட்ட வேண்டும். அதன் படி சட்டத்துக்கு ரொம்பவும் அடங்கிப்போக வேண்டும். சட்டம் என்று வருகிறபோது அப்பா பிள்ளை முதலான உறவுகளுக்கு இடமில்லை, என்று பரமேஸ்வரன் நினைத்தார். உடனே, கொஞ்சங்கூட ஸ்தானம் பார்க்காமல் பிள்ளையாருக்குப் பூஜை பண்ணினார். (இன்னொரு ஸந்தர்ப்பத்தில் இளைய பிள்ளையிடமும் கீழ்ப்படிந்து ப்ரணவோபதேசம் வாங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்!) பிள்ளையாரும் அப்பா கொஞ்சம் நினைத்தவுடனேயே ஒடிவந்து விக்னத்தை அகற்றிவிட்டார். அதற்கப்புறம் ரதம் ஒடி, முடிவில் 'த்ரிபுராந்தகர்' என்று பெரிய பெயர் வாங்கும்படியாக ஈச்வரன் அந்த அஸுரர்களை ஜ்யித்தார். செங்கல்பட்டுக்கும் திண்டிவனத்துக்கும் நடுவில் "அச்சரப்பாக்கம்" என்று இருக்கிறதே, அந்த ஊர்தான் ஈச்வரனுடைய ரதத்தின் அச்சு இற்றுப்போன "அச்சிறுப்பாக்கம்"என்று சொல்வார்கள். http://www.kamakoti.org/tamil/part4kural13.htm

பல நாள் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணம் நேற்று இறைவன் அருளால் அச்சிறுப்பாக்கம் சென்று இறைவனை தரிசனம் பண்ண முடிந்தது. அச்சுமுறி விநாயகர் கோவில் நான் எதிர்பார்த்ததைவிட சிறிய கோவிலாக இருந்தது. விநாயகர் கோவில் அருகே எதிரில் சிவன் கோவில் உள்ளது.பெரிய இராஜ கோபுரம் உள்ள கோவில். அப்பர் மற்றும் திருஞானசம்பந்தர் இறைவனைப் பாடி இருக்கிறார்கள்.இந்த விநாயகரைப் பாடிய அருணகிரிநாதர் முருகனை 'அச்சிறு முருகன்' என்று திருப்புகழில் பாடுகிறார். பாடல் பெற்ற கோவிலை சற்று சுத்தமாக வைத்திருக்க நாம் அனைவரும் பக்தியுடன் முயல வேண்டும்.

ஆலயம் தொழுவது சாலவும் நன்று என்ற ஒளவையாரின் வழியினை தமிழ் பேசும் உள்ளங்கள் செவி சாய்த்து கோவில்களுக்கு செல்ல ஆரம்பித்தால் திருக்கோவில்கள் சுத்தமாக இருக்கும்.

Sri Veeraraghava Perumal Temple - Thiruvallur

Visiting this temple for number of times, but without a camera..Somehow it happened yesterday when decided to visit Sri Veeraraghava Perumal temple and Thirupachur temple. About Sri Veeraraghava Perumal, I started visiting because of Nagesh Sir who talked much about the temple. The temple tank seen in the photo was so nice, because was witnessing the temple tank when it was getting ready. Each time I visited the temple, what strikes me was the cleanliness of the temple and the paintings...Wish other temples learn some cleanliness lessons from this temple.Also the painting when I first saw I was spell bound with so beautiful paintings which gives the information about the life style in those wonderful days of bygone era...while composing these lines...am listening and also wishing those mesmerizing song from MS Subbulakshmi's அந்த நாளும் வந்திடாதோ!

These kinds of paintings from different lives of saints and sages whose lives and messages should adorn the walls of all our temples from which visitors take lessons and go.We have 63 nayanmars and the paintings could do the same.

And what to write or how to write about the beautifully sculpted stones to this polish?What information they say?What kind of mindset should be there for people to bring this kind of sculptures?

Are we in position to recreate such mindset for sculptors to produce or general people to maintain now for future generations to learn and aspire. This post is for that purpose of passing invaluable information to save for next generations to learn...visit temples to start with.
