Get rains performing Yagas - Bhagavad Gita

More than 25% of the country is suffering for lack of water and I wonder which spiritual guru is willing to mention on the verses of Chapter 3, verse 14 as its below...

We are not ready to sacrifice to please Devas, who will give us rain...but perhaps willing to sacrifice HUMANS instead? A terrible situation is unfolding in the country and NONE from spiritual organization want to take these words to perform Yagas. To that extent the spiritual organizations lack the wisdom or are greedy that devotees offering if given to Devas will not fill their coffers am not sure...but whatever it looks like more the silence of not performing these Yagas, more of Human sacrifice is to happen, either in FLOODS or IN DROUGHTS....

மழை பெய்ய வேண்டுமானால், நாம் சில ஸாமான்களைத் தேவலோகத்திற்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். இந்த பரஸ்பர பரிவர்த்தனையே கீதையில் சொல்லியிருக்கிறது.

தேவான் பாவயதாநேந தே தேவா பாவயந்து வ: | பரஸ்பரம் பாவயந்த ச்ரேய: பரம் அவாப்ஸ்யத ||

இதன் அர்த்தம்: "யாகத்தைக் கொண்டு நீங்கள் தேவர்களைத் திருப்தி செய்து வையுங்கள். அந்த தேவர்கள் மழை முதலியவற்றால் உங்களுக்கு க்ஷேமத்தைச் செய்யட்டும்; இப்படியே நீங்கள் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் உதவி செய்து கொண்டு, மேலான க்ஷேமத்தை அடையுங்கள்."
