Value education - when will it be made mandatory in all schools?

They were talking thus when Sri Ramakrishna came to them and asked with a smile, "Well, what are you talking about?"
NARENDRA: "I have been asking M. about the boys in the schools. The conduct of students nowadays isn't all that it should be."

When the moral values of society has not been addressed by GOVTS how can we ever see any real improvement in removing black money or anything black...We have people liking BLACK COLOR dress. That is the first sign of degraded values in the society, when people accept black color dress in auspicious functions or in places where they are not mourning/protesting.
Irrespective of all the Pseudo spiritual/yoga/religious Gurus, and how they eye nothing but money...Even these Pseudo Gurus have NEVER been seen in Black dress as I can remember...But their so called followers are ready to wear 'Black' dress. So these people with black dress are here to protest/mourn for something outside or inside within their own minds as agitated/depressed/frustrated souls.
To end degradation of values in society Govt must first bring value education mandatory in ALL SCHOOLS. Would they do it? Do we have a leader who has that foresight/courage/conviction on bringing values to students mandatory at a time when from Chief secretary to CM who has pending corruption cases to teachers who have been advised on their dress codes show signs of lacking values. To me this is more important than the drive of ending Black money.
I have no doubt in future someone will definitely make Value Education mandatory and see thats implemented also...but by that time, society will see more of Chennai floods/Vardah Cyclone/etc...

Chhatrapati Shivaji memorial greatest lesson from Maharashtrians

More than 1000 crores was spent by Tamil Nadu people alone for last Deepavali...A TV news reported it few months back...this is despite the fact that many educational institutions discourage buying fire crackers...
The media which questions about why Maharastra should spent such huge amount never give details of such INDULGING EXPENSES on firecrackers, gold jewellery, wedding expenses, films,cricket,etc....
But the Media(most of whom are controlled by western powers) immediately want to educate people about better usage, whenever GREAT INDIAN KINGS or TRADITIONS(like Jallikattu) ARE REMEMBERED OR HONORED....
Had Maratha King Shivaji not been around, can not imagine the country as it is today...ALL SUCCESS OF THE PRESENT COUNTRY OWES TO THE GREATEST MODERN INDIAN KING SHIVAJI....
People who oppose expenses on such a great KING are really afraid about the resurrection of the greatness of India....As people will start drawing inspiration from such great King.
To me, EVERY STATE COULD DO IT RIGHT NOW and start learning lessons from Maharashtrians....and Tamil Nadu can do a similar one for the greatest Tamil King, Raja Raja Cholan in Chennai in Marina Beach....
Do we have any visionary leaders?
Wish other leaders draw inspiration from these Maharastrian initiative...About Maharastrians National poet/freedom fighter/pioneer in Indian jounalism Mahakavi Bharathiyar's words are remembered here...just that of Maharastrians copied below, but poet writes about other people including Rajputs,Telugu/Kannada/Tuluva,etc....
போரில் காலனும் அஞ்சக் கலக்கும் மராட்டர்.(In the battlefield/war even the god of death,Yama is afraid of Maharastrians...)

British PM in Hindu temples in Sari

I wonder,
Did this native English speaking lady say am more comfortable wearing my British dress or question WHY SHOULD SOMEONE DICTATE A WOMAN ABOUT WHAT A WOMAN SHOULD CHOOSE TO WEAR? OR DID SHE REFUSE TO GO INSIDE SAYING AM NOT FOR IT AS THEY PUT RESTRICTIONS ON MY PERSONAL FREEDOM OF CHOICE? Perhaps they know 'When you are in India, do as Indian does better than Indians many of whom unfortunately want to dress their English inspired clothes inside temples in India' and also demand a right for it true to their English education. Look she even gets her Aarathi with perfection, and we are educated to ignore all these as meaningless rituals.... Same lady also says there is no meaning in Global Citizen if you are not Citizen of one country, very true...Read on... After the vote David Cameron, a cosmopolitan prime minister, resigned and was replaced by Theresa May, who says: “If you believe you’re a citizen of the world, you’re a citizen of nowhere. You don’t understand what the very word ‘citizenship’ means.” http://www.economist.com/news/international/21710276-all-around-world-nationalists-are-gaining-ground-why-league-nationalists “During this visit, we’ve seen £1 billion worth of deals being signed and we’ve come to an agreement with the Indian government that we will work together with them on developing our trade relationship for the future. “What does that mean? It means more jobs, more investment in the UK, more trade for British businesses and that’s good for everyone.” https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/2139966/theresa-may-steps-out-in-sari-as-she-hails-success-of-global-britain-drive-during-india-trade-trip/
