Yagas in Japan now...

Wonder who is the spiritual advisor if there is one for PM...When he can go to wave a hand in Art of Killing/Indulging(Instead of asking them to feed poor farmers) or wishing the IPL team(instead of banning IPL) why is he not taking enough to address the massive drought situation which is killing more people? Wonder if there is any one to give spiritual advices like military/defence advisors??? Those days Sages like Vishwamitra or Vasishta did that role living in humble huts....not in crores of wealth ignoring the poor farmers death..
