Mother Teresa - CNN reports-Is it true?

What is the accountability of the funds coming to them? That is not clear and CNN attempt to interview was declined...Do we ever hear such news in our local media?
While I talk and will continue to talk about how Mother Teresa cancelled her Nobel Peace dinner in order to collect that money to feed hungry children, I also wonder why none of our Media talks about the below reports from CNN?

Since the group receives millions of dollars in donations from around the world, they say they should use it to build hospitals, schools and to upgrade their facilities.
It's true there's no transparency -- and very little information available -- on the group's bookkeeping. CNN's request to interview the current head of the organization was declined.....
As a registered charity operating in over a 100 countries, they say there needs to be some accountability... "Why is this organization not being held to the same standard?" asks Gonzalez. "They get a free pass because of religion; they get a free pass because of the influence of the Vatican."
Is this true? While her heart to work for the poorest of the poor, who have been left outside on the streets makes all of us shame including our expensive dresses/foods but if the flow of funds to her organization is not accounted for, it should also be questioned as WHY?
